Apple Eating Contest – Terms & Conditions

1. All entry signup will be done before 10th February 2024
2. Registration for the event can be done via filling up the google form or in person at the Asian Beer Garden or Sky Bar of Lucky Ruby Border Casino
3. Each couple signing up must be of the opposite gender and at least 18 years old.
4. No vulgarities or obscenities that go against the Cambodian law may be done during the contest, legal action may be taken if you breach this and you will also be disqualified from the competition
5. By submitting your entry, you hereby declare and agree that:
   • You and your partner declare that you are medically fit and do not have any medical issues
   • Our company is not responsible and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, cost, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive to yourself be it on a personal, corporate, health, or family-related that results from your participation in this contest
   • You are aware that this contest will be publicly broadcasted and our company reserves all rights to use images, footages from this contest in its broadcasting, marketing or any activity at the decision of our company
   • This is a physical event and you must be present at Lucky Ruby Border Casino with your partner before the event time. Notifications of the time to arrive will be notified to you by call or telegram
   • The terms of this competition may be amended at the sole discretion of our company without prior notice. Any decision made by our company is deemed final

Apple Eating Contest Judging

1. Each couple will be given 1 minute to complete eating the apple
2. The couple that earns the most points in each round will go on to the next round
3. The first round ends when the final 4 couples have been determined who will then compete in the finals
4. The Judging panel will determine the points for each couple and any decision is deemed final
5. Couples will be judged based on 3 criteria’s:
   Fastest to finish the apple (50%)
   Supporting Partner to eat apple (20%)
   Most entertaining way of eating the apple (30%)
