Mr. Jment Lim from Malaysia is the founder and Managing Director of the Lucky Ruby Border Casino. He started his career from a subtle role of a casino dealer and today is the owner of 2 legal land-based casinos in Cambodia that are well known in the industry. This itself is a major feat that the entertainment industry has only been able to see a certain number of individuals that can achieve this level of achievement.

Little does everyone know that the core fundamentals that govern the growth and management of the Lucky Ruby are based on the principles and values embodied by him. Through this, we had formed the core pillar of our company which that shapes all practices, policies, and efforts along with our vision, 3 company missions, and 7 core values. This is extended further to our sister casino, Lucky89 Border Casino.

Coming from a background that was founded on the sheer hard will which guided him to where he is today in society. Mr. Lim takes great pride in making efforts to help people within the community so that more people may have happiness in their lives. The growth of Lucky Ruby has created many job opportunities for the local community enhancing their lives while he embarks on numerous charity activities to help the underprivileged members of society find their footing in life.
