1. Contestant may perform any talent/act which is not against the law
2. 提交您的參賽作品，即表示您特此聲明並同意：
   • Legal action may be taken against you if you breach the Laws of Cambodia
   • 您須承諾您本人身體健康，沒有任何健康問題。
   • Our company is not responsible and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, cost, damage, or any special, exemplary, or punitive to yourself be it on a personal, corporate, health, or family-related that results from your participation in this contest
   • You are aware that this contest will be publicly broadcast and our company reserves all rights to use images, and footage from this contest in its broadcasting, marketing, or any activity at the decision of our company
   • The top 10 finalists will be determined from both online video audition submissions and physical auditions at the set location/dates/time
   • The Top 10 finalists will be announced and notified via Telegram on 8th February 2024
   • Finalists need to confirm that they will be attending by 11th February 2024 failing which it will be deemed that they cannot attend the final and may be omitted or replaced with other candidates. The finalist that fails to attend the finals on 14th February 2024, will be disqualified

Finalist Judging Process

1. Each finalist may have a maximum of up to 5 minutes to perform.
2. At the end of each finalist performance, the judges will vote from 1 to 10 (10 being the highest) but this will not be revealed until the end of the contest.
3. Winners of all prizes will be announced by the Judging panel. the vote of the judges is deemed final and cannot be disputed.
