We are looking for an IT Support professional to join our team, providing seamless technology solutions and support to enhance our operations.

• Proven experience in IT support or related technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with IT security practices and troubleshooting methods.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical issues simply.

• Proficient in Windows, network configurations, and common software applications.
• Experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and threat management.
